About this Project
The new development of Century City in Doha Qatar with a total built up area of 1.0 million m2 comprising: 5 star Hotel Tower, Office Tower , Sky restaurant, 5 star Spa and Health Club, Convention Centre, Retail shopping center, Residential , Car parking and Mosque.
Scope of Work
The scope of the MEPFU includes the regular building services scheme in addition to the following:
- 15,000 TR District Cooling Plant including two 6,250 TRH each thermal storage tank as well as the buildings Energy Transfer Stations (ETS’s)
- 4,000 m3 Grey Water storage and Polishing Plant.
- 4,000 m3 TSE storage Polishing Plant.
- 6,000 m3 rain water filtration plant.
- Two tons of LPG storage and distribution network.
- SCADA system PLC’s for all of the above utilities plants that to be communicated to the Buildings Central Command Centre.
- Buildings BMS to be communicated as well to the Buildings Central Command Centre via OPC Servers.
